Clare Foges OBE
Clare was Chief Speechwriter to the Prime Minister, David Cameron, from 2008-15. She played a leading role in Number 10 communications, crafting major speaking moments, op-eds and Parliamentary statements. Clare now has a regular column in The Times and also writes for the Daily Telegraph and Daily Mail, covering politics and current affairs. She has written for leading businesspeople, FTSE 100 companies, royalty and major philanthropists. Named on the BBC Power List of the 100 most powerful women in the UK, Clare is also a children’s author, published by Faber & Faber. She has a Masters in Poetry from Bristol University.

Matthew Richardson
Matthew has worked in Westminster for several years, writing speeches at a ministerial level and articles for the Times, Sunday Times, Daily Telegraph, The Spectator and New Statesman. In 2015, he was signed by Penguin in a three-book deal, the first of which is being published in 2017. Following a first class degree in English at Durham university, Matthew studied at Merton College, Oxford.
Felix Danczak
Felix has written for CEOs across a variety of industries, including EY, Warner Bros, Microsoft, Cisco and Mars. After graduating from Cambridge University he co-founded Rostrum Intelligence, offering op-eds and speechwriting to members of the House of Lords. He was later Special Advisor to Matthew Freud, Chairman of Freuds, the UK’s largest independent PR agency.
Josh Roche
Josh is a writer, theatre director, playwright and first class graduate of the University of Warwick’s creative writing course. He coaches speech delivery for business leaders and has directed plays extensively in the West End and off-Broadway. Josh worked for many years as the Writers’ Centre Associate at Soho Theatre and is a script consultant for Sonia Friedman, the West End’s leading independent producer.
Tobias Gourlay
Tobias is a freelance journalist, editor and copywriter. Since graduating from Cambridge University he has written for numerous publications, interviewing everyone from Mexican vegetable farmers to Ghanaian government ministers in pursuit of a good story. Today Tobias is a columnist for Betfair, features editor for Squaremeal and writer for the World Economic Forum.
Samantha Whitaker
Samantha has worked in editorial for a decade as a copywriter, feature-writer and deputy editor. A versatile writer, she has written and edited all kinds of content across print and digital channels, working on highly successful campaigns for brands such as John Lewis and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
